Key Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will oversee and facilitate the implementation of system upgrades and new systems within a multifaceted finance department.

Job Objectives

  • Oversee project implementation, streamline processes, and automate the CommBank Card Manager system Department-wide
  • Define project scope, roles, and responsibilities
  • Develop business requirements, articulate these to stakeholders, and provide clear direction to the project team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine access levels, permissions, and system behaviors
  • Conduct user testing, document results, and perform other support tasks
  • Recommend process improvements to BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Assist with automation processes and data analysis
  • Report findings to senior management for various briefs
  • Support the development of SAP master data e-forms

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in finance or project implementation
  • Knowledge of key finance tasks, including accounts payable
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Knowledge of CBA systems would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
