Project Coordinator Role
Job Description:The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple retail fit-out projects across various locations.
This role requires a highly organised individual with a design background who can coordinate between clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate should have experience in retail design/fit-out, shopfitting or commercial construction projects and possess strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate multiple retail fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to specification.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors to maintain clear communication and achieve timely delivery.
- Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Procurement and Order Tracking: Oversee procurement, order tracking and supplier relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project schedules, budgets and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Design Background: 3-5 years of experience in interior design, retail design or similar field with strong attention to detail.
- Industry Experience: Experience in retail design/fit-out, shopfitting or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experience with project management software is advantageous.
