The Darling, a premier entertainment hub in Sydney, seeks an exceptional Hotel Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.

About The Role

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager in maintaining high standards of guest service during check-in and throughout the stay
  • Managing The Darling Hotel Loyalty Program and affiliated initiatives
  • Distributing guest comment cards to relevant departments and responding to guests as needed
  • Contributing to people planning requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and development of the team
