Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our hotel products, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
  • Facilitate LE's growth by building a world-leading connectivity and accommodation supply platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to improve efficiency in managing supply and optimizing the customer experience across channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in product management and UX in a high-growth business.
  • Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
  • Analytical and commercial skills.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritization.
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about building products that customers love.
  • Demonstrated success in defining metrics to launch excellent products.
