Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical knowledge and leadership skills to oversee MEP design for new and existing data centres.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project planning, cost control, and risk management strategies.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed client expectations.
Key Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Prior experience leading multidisciplinary design in mission-critical environments, preferably in data centre projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local Australian codes and standards, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
