Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our design strategy and execution for data centre projects across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of MEP design for new and existing data centre developments
  • Direct a team of design managers, consultants, and external engineering partners
  • Act as the technical authority, reviewing and approving engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Contribute strategic insights into project planning, cost control, and risk management
  • Engage with stakeholders including operations, construction, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  • Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary design within mission-critical or data centre environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex MEP design processes, from concept through delivery
  • Strong knowledge of local Australian codes and standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving engineering excellence
