Electrical Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Specialist to join our team in Data Centres. As part of a rapidly growing sector, you will support some of the world's most recognised technology clients.

About the Role:

You will take a key leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.

  • Work on high-value, future-focused projects involving advanced electrical systems and critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate across a multidisciplinary environment with strong national and international client networks.
  • Help shape the evolution of our data centre offering as we continue to expand.
Key Qualifications:
  • A seasoned electrical engineer with 10+ years of experience in the building services industry and a strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in data centre design and delivery, with a focus on resilient, efficient electrical systems and a strong appreciation for operational continuity and performance.
  • Success in leading project teams, engaging with clients, and driving strategic outcomes across multidisciplinary environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, mentor technical teams, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Professional registration and understanding of obligations as a senior design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
