Residential Manager

This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to manage resources efficiently and provide individualised care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor and implement the business plan for the site.
  • Assess and develop care plans for residents in a holistic manner.
  • Oversee and monitor ongoing maintenance requirements for the site.
  • Manage administrative tasks including accurate record keeping and providing regular data reports.
  • Ensure cost effective performance and maintain occupancy rates.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead staff development and performance management.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing residential aged care facilities, strong knowledge of operating requirements within the Health/Aged Care Industry, and excellent communication skills.
