
Manager of Employee Experience

We're seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead our HR and OHS team in delivering initiatives that foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic, visible key leadership role that requires confidence, empathy, and vision. As a strategic leader, you'll develop and embed policies and strategies that align with our goals and values, shaping a proactive culture of workplace health and safety, and wellbeing.
You'll drive workforce planning, diversity, inclusion, organisational development, and change initiatives, overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and performance systems to support growth and capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the People and Culture team to provide outstanding service across Council.
- Developing and embedding policies and strategies that align with our goals and values.
- Shaping a proactive culture of workplace health and safety, and wellbeing.
- Driving workforce planning, diversity, inclusion, organisational development, and change initiatives.
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, training, and performance systems to support growth and capability.

- Experience in OHS and risk management, with sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations.
