About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wellbeing initiatives. As Manager, Wellbeing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key programs and initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusive workplaces.

This is a newly created position that plays a pivotal part in our organisational leadership team. You will lead the development of an integrated wellbeing program, diversity and inclusion initiatives and actions arising from our Gender Equality, Disability and Inclusion and Reconciliation Action plans.

You will bring a data-driven approach to develop and evaluate initiatives related to gender equity, inclusion and wellbeing. Your experience in leading organisational development initiatives with diverse cultures and distributed workforces will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and the ability to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives across wellbeing and inclusion fields. You will possess high level analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to embed sustainable change in a complex organisation.

A relevant tertiary qualification in organisational development, HR, psychology or a related discipline is highly regarded. As a key member of our team, you will drive positive change within the organisation.
