About the Role

We are seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position will be based in North Strathfield and involves coordinating our Graduate Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing the graduate engagement strategy
  • Coordinate and facilitate Graduate inductions
  • In partnership with internal key stakeholders, coordinate university engagement activities
  • Coordinate the updating of online marketing collateral for annual graduate campaigns
  • Liaise with Talent Management team to refresh the Graduate L&D playlist on GrowthHub (our e-learning platform)
  • Coordinate L&D activities with the graduates such as Lunch & Learn sessions
  • Track graduates progress and prepare relevant reports
  • Facilitate myPGT for the graduates including OKRs, year-end activities and cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate and assist the facilitation of the Graduate Buddy program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years minimum experience in a HR role
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Some exposure to a HR information System is an advantage
  • The ability to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week)
