We are seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position will be based in North Strathfield and involves coordinating our Graduate Program.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing the graduate engagement strategy
- Coordinate and facilitate Graduate inductions
- In partnership with internal key stakeholders, coordinate university engagement activities
- Coordinate the updating of online marketing collateral for annual graduate campaigns
- Liaise with Talent Management team to refresh the Graduate L&D playlist on GrowthHub (our e-learning platform)
- Coordinate L&D activities with the graduates such as Lunch & Learn sessions
- Track graduates progress and prepare relevant reports
- Facilitate myPGT for the graduates including OKRs, year-end activities and cross-functional projects
- Coordinate and assist the facilitation of the Graduate Buddy program
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years minimum experience in a HR role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Great relationship building skills
- Collaborative team player
- Some exposure to a HR information System is an advantage
- The ability to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week)
