Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Accounts and Partnerships Group. In this role, you will act as our principal relationship manager across nominated key accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of our client base
  • Driving customer value, revenue growth, and improving overall margin performance
  • Working closely with dedicated areas of the business to align strategies and deliver superior service

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong strategic business approach, a compelling customer-centric mindset, and excellent persuasive communication skills.

As a highly sought-after candidate, you will have experience in account management or sales related roles within a technology-driven environment and proficiency in CRM and related Account Management software.
