We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Leader to spearhead our e-commerce customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

About the Role

The Customer Service Leader will be responsible for:

  1. Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  2. Managing customer orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently
  3. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service operations and continuous improvement
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts as necessary

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers across various channels
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically to provide quick and effective solutions
  3. Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns with a positive and professional demeanor
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce products and industry trends is a plus, but not mandatory
  5. Experience in a retail customer service role, particularly in an online or e-commerce setting, is preferred
