E-Commerce Customer Service Position

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as an e-commerce customer service assistant. This is a part-time, casual role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home or in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may encounter with their online orders. You will also be required to visit our office 1-2 times per week to collect orders for dispatch via post.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in customer service, preferably in the jewellery or engagement ring industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
