About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Health Technical Support team as a specialist in technical support, troubleshooting, and expert guidance. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support through multiple channels.

  • Troubleshoot payment and claiming issues for Medicare and Private Health Insurance.
  • Guide customers with confidence in navigating complex information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations, preferably in the payments, banking, or healthcare sectors. Experience with healthcare claiming processes, CRM systems, and medical practice management software is highly desirable.

A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning are essential qualities for this role.
