Health Technical Support Specialist

About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Health Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Health Technical Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support to healthcare businesses across Australia.

  • Troubleshoot payment and claiming issues for Medicare and Private Health Insurance
  • Guide customers with confidence using payments equipment and navigating CRM systems

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A call centre background, preferably in the payments, banking/finance, or healthcare industries
  • An understanding of healthcare claiming in Australia, including Medicare and Private Health Insurance processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
