Job Summary

This role involves managing client travel requirements, including VIPs and touring productions. You'll be responsible for coordinating flight, hotel, and other travel arrangements.

  • Independently manage client travel requirements, anticipating individual client preferences and needs.
  • Develop logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions.
  • Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with high standards and quality documentation.

You'll need strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues. GDS experience is preferred, as well as handling VIP, touring, film, theatre, production or media clients, and/or group travel.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and negotiation skills, problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities. They'll also work independently and within a team environment, being proactive and self-starter.
