Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Travel Coordinator to join our Business Services team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless travel arrangements for colleagues and guests attending company meetings and industry events worldwide.

This role involves developing and implementing effective travel policies, providing expert support on travel decisions, responding to travel emergencies, and managing relationships with suppliers.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, be self-driven, results-oriented, and have a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with colleagues to address travel queries and resolve issues efficiently
  2. Work closely with the wider business services team to plan company and industry events
  3. Hold travel vendors accountable for delivering exceptional service
  4. Verify invoices for accurate charges and ensure timely payments, credits, and refunds for travel
  5. Maintain records of trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy
