Travel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Manager to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing complex travel itineraries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, and transportation;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to negotiate rates and services;
  • Monitor and analyze travel data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in travel management or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of global travel markets, suppliers, and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
