Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Richmond. As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality support services.

The successful candidate will have excellent assessment skills, the ability to interpret findings, and formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant's needs. They will also be skilled in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and supporting environmental adaptations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
