About the Role

We are seeking an experienced paediatric speech pathologist/s keen to explore a part-time or a full-time position. The role may involve work at our West Burleigh and/or Murwillumbah clinics and within school communities on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Experienced clinicians interested in clinical leader pathways, project work, clinical education and mentoring opportunities as part of their career development progression are welcome. Talented New Graduates with relevant work history in a therapy assistant role and/or related career maybe considered.

What do you need?
  • 3+ years experience in diagnosing and treating Speech, Language and Literacy Disorders
  • Knowledge and skills in supporting children with disabilities and their families within strengths-based, family-centred practice
  • Commitment to neurodiverse affirming practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to seek and share information as part of a supportive workplace culture
  • Values that embrace high quality clinical excellence and a dedication to meaningful outcomes
  • Relevant degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Children Checks & NDIS Screening
