Job Description
We are expanding our team in Richmond and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.
We are open to applications from Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience who are looking for full-time or part-time roles.
In this role you will:
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions and capacities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
- Support and advise on environmental adaptations including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
- Recommend assistive technology to help participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.
Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
- Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
