
Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries. This unique opportunity allows you to apply your clinical reasoning skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
A key aspect of this position is working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehabilitation to healing. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively across multiple teams to achieve common goals. A passion for helping people rehabilitate and occupational rehabilitation experience are highly regarded.
This role offers a genuine person-centred focus and goal setting, with KPIs based on service delivery outcomes rather than billable hours. Enjoy early starts and finishes: 7:30am – 3:30pm, working on-base at RAAF Base Richmond.

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multiple teams
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational rehabilitation experience
