The Role: Café Supervisor

A day in your life as a Café Supervisor will include:

- Working closely with the Chocolate Café Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and store presentation

- Leading by example and inspiring Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experiences

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, and presentation in-store

- Supporting people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching

- Fostering a positive work environment that encourages Team Member input and valued contributions

- Preparing and serving dessert menu items, including famous Tutti Frutti Waffles and decadent pizzas

- Providing exceptional customer service and preparing specialty drinks, such as coffees, hot chocolates, and milkshakes

- Completing ongoing training to stay up-to-date

You: A Successful Candidate

To excel as a Café Supervisor, you will have:

- Previous management or supervisor experience (at least 1 year)

- Strong hospitality or retail background

- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to lead and communicate effectively with a team

- Energetic and positive attitude, with a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences

- Ability to work collaboratively and drive guest satisfaction
