Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee operations at our retail stores. As part of our close-knit team, you will drive exceptional customer experiences and support our passion for authentic Italian gelato.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training and motivating staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, placing orders and ensuring proper stock rotation.

You will also handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve any issues promptly, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll, as well as collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
  • Supervise daily operations across both stores to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.
  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality supervision is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of gelato or dessert preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
