**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Part Time Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional guest service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and work with the Chocolate Café Manager to execute daily operations and maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Lead by example and drive Team Members to deliver memorable guest service and experience
  • Ensure all Max Brenner golden standards are upheld at all times
  • Work with the Chocolate Café Manager to assist with people-related tasks including training and development and coaching
  • Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where Team Member input is encouraged and valued
  • Prepare and serve delicious drinks and dessert menu items to the highest golden standard
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisor/management experience of minimum 1 year
  • Previous hospitality or retail experience
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Able to lead and effectively communicate
  • Energetic, positive and guest-focused with a can-do attitude
  • Love the energy the hospitality industry brings
  • Enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests
  • Driven to provide exceptional guest service
  • Able to work well collaboratively as part of a team
