- Managing daily operations with the Chocolate Cafe Manager.
- Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service and experience.
- Ensuring all Max Brenner golden standards are upheld.
- Assisting with people-related tasks, including training, development, and coaching.
You will work closely with your team to achieve goals and objectives, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous supervisor/management experience of minimum 1 year.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and effectively communicate with a team.
- Energetic, positive, and guest-focused with a can-do attitude.
