Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled underground coal workshop professional to fill this challenging position.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in underground coal settings, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and contributing positively to their team.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage various tasks and priorities, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality control. The successful applicant must be able to:

  • Perform complex maintenance and repair duties on equipment and machinery;
  • Operate heavy machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of effective workflow processes;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a recognised Australian Trade Certificate and possess Statements of Attainment in DES, Brake Testing, Surface & Underground Standard 11, and QLD Coal Health Assessment. Additionally, a valid driver's licence and signed copies of training transcripts/authorisations are required.
