We're excited to announce this new opportunity for a Business Manager to head up the Product team in Electrical. A hugely successful category with fast growth and big wins – with more to come

You will –

• Develop and deliver Budget and Business plan objectives to grow the business – you're driving the numbers that fuel business success
• Lead performance and strategic direction of the Business Unit – you'll set the course and keep the team moving forward
• Drive product category direction & performance – you're across the numbers, the relationships, and all that it takes to achieve success
• Manage top class relationships with suppliers, retail partners and stakeholders while keeping an eye on sales targets
• Develop in-store trade marketing solutions with retail and suppliers and manage 3rd party marketing agencies
• Drive growth of the online business for your category
• Maximize distribution opportunities using retail data and market insights
• Provide product training and support to the merchandise team
