About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GTM Manager to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our Go to Market team, you will play a critical role in delivering consumer marketing propositions, offers, and campaigns for Postpaid and Connected Devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans across all marketing touch points, prioritizing GTM activities to deliver the best overall business and customer outcomes.
  • Lead internal and external partnerships, demonstrating effective communication and relationship-building skills to ensure collaboration across all business levels.
  • Review and approve various types of customer communications to ensure they are on brand and impactful.
  • Act as a 'customer proposition champion' across all GTM initiatives to ensure all internal and external execution is integrated and aligned to the proposition strategy.
  • Support the resolution of escalated issues and risks identified as part of program activity or business as usual operations.
Requirements
  • Proven professional experience in telecommunications, product, marketing, CVM, or similar areas.
  • Former runs on the board in a complex stakeholder management.
  • Marketing plan development including positioning, promotion, and pricing.
  • Ability to turn strategy into viable and effective business execution.
  • Ability to influence across a broad audience across all levels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
