Job DescriptionThis role involves generating actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business performance. You will work on diverse projects across departments such as Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, Marketing, Product, Media, and Risk & Trading.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing data to generate meaningful insights and presenting complex analysis in a clear and engaging way.
- Providing strategic insights that influence key business decisions, ensuring the right data is presented at the right time.
- Managing end-to-end analytical projects focusing on customer-based insights to guide business strategies.
- Developing and refining metrics, tools, and reporting systems to provide actionable insights across the organisation.
You will have strong Excel skills, experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools, and proficiency in SQL. A background in business analysis and delivering analytical insights is also essential.
Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively across departments and possess commercial acumen with stakeholder management skills.
