We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior HR Data Analyst.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join our organization as a Senior HR Data Analyst, where you will play a critical role in turning people and data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering analytics and insights to inform business decisions
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Designing reports and dashboards to effectively communicate insights

As a Senior HR Data Analyst, you will work closely with our engineering team to develop scalable data solutions and guide the business in using data responsibly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in data analytics, with a focus on HR, people analytics, or workforce planning. Strong technical capability with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, or similar is essential. Experience working with HR data from systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms is also required. Familiarity with digital data sources such as survey tools, learning platforms, and engagement tools is beneficial.
