We are seeking a Data Insights Professional to support various departments across the business with data-driven decision-making. The core focus will be to extract valuable insights from diverse data sources and create actionable dashboards.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, responsible for:

  • Extracting data from multiple sources using ETL techniques and transforming it into usable formats for reporting and self-serve data marts.
  • Developing and maintaining operational dashboards tailored to the specific needs of function heads, providing them with access to key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights.
  • Proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues through root cause analysis, promptly resolving them to minimise disruptions to reporting processes.
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, providing timely and insightful responses to ad-hoc queries.
  • Continuously reviewing and enhancing reporting processes to optimise efficiency and identify areas for automation, streamlining workflows and reducing manual effort.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Tertiary studies completed in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Commerce or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with SAS regarded highly.
  • Data visualisation skills using Tableau.
  • Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills.
