Business Intelligence Analysts are crucial for data-driven decision-making in today’s fast-paced business environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing reports using Power BI and DAX, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for extracting, transforming, and cleansing data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, prioritize requests, and provide regular updates.

In this role, you will analyse client, financial, and other data to generate actionable insights for the business. You will also train end-users on Power BI dashboards and reports, promoting data literacy and adoption.

Furthermore, you will monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, address user queries, and maintain data governance and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in business intelligence, T-SQL, and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2012+, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Tableau, and data visualisation.
