Driving Growth through Data Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to empower our revenue driving teams with actionable insights and streamlined processes.

This role will involve working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient and strategic operations that directly contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Revenue Performance: The ideal candidate will work across teams to optimise processes supporting marketing acquisition efforts, high-quality lead generation, and effective renewal targeting for high-value customers.
  • Improving Process Efficiency and Reporting Accuracy: This role will continuously improve operational processes and ensure data integrity across systems, assessing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing enhancements to improve accuracy and speed in reporting.
  • Uncovering Key Insights: By analysing sales performance, customer behaviours, and marketing data, this role will uncover key insights that inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborating and Communicating for Impact: The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams, fostering alignment on strategy and operational priorities, effectively communicating insights and progress to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations; experience in a B2B SaaS or digital product environment is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel (or Google Sheets), and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Mode; familiarity with Python for data processing is a strong plus.
