Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

As a skilled Healthcare Specialist, you will work with our military personnel to support their rehabilitation and return to wellness.

With your clinical expertise and nursing knowledge, you will help our ADF members achieve specific health goals and return to service.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders including medical specialists, treatment providers and allied health professionals.
  • Apply your nursing knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan.
  • Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
  • Complete initial assessments and perform worksite reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.
  • Experience with professional documentation and report writing.
  • Strong clinical reasoning.
  • The ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A passion for helping people rehabilitate.
