The infrastructure specialist will work as a member of the cloud and infrastructure team providing system support and administration of Epworth IT on premises and cloud platforms. The role will have a primary focus on supporting Epworth’s Citrix and end user compute platforms, as well as provide broad support across all infrastructure components including networking, storage, cloud, virtualization, authentication, security, regular maintenance, documentation and user support.

The Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with the Senior Technical Manager - Application Delivery and other IT Specialists to ensure the hospital infrastructure, servers and environments are supported in alignment with strategic direction, industry best practice and security standards.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Providing technical leadership in the support and administration of the organisation’s Citrix and end use compute environment.
- Continually improving the security and system management of these environments and the software and tools used to run and maintain them.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other infrastructure team members.

**You will have**:

- Strong technical experience and knowledge in supporting critical business systems within large organizations.
- Solid background in implementing, supporting, and managing Citrix Applications and Desktops (CVAD) and End User Compute environments
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Citrix NetScaler’s and Citrix Profile Manager.
- Proven ability to implement, support, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Server 2016/2019/2022 platforms.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with a strong capability to resolve Citrix and EUC issues.
- Experience with managing and deployment of policy/OS via Intune and SCCM
- Good understanding of cloud concepts and technologies, particularly Azure.
- Experience in project-based work and the ability to contribute effectively to collaborative environments.
