About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Data#3 Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption of software and services, and ongoing satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide best-in-class service to ensure customer success.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with sales teams to generate new leads.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team, adapting to changes as they come.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ITSM tools.
Nice to Have
  • Solid understanding of Cisco, Microsoft, or other vendor software and services.
  • Experience in service delivery or customer success within the tech industry, particularly SaaS or cloud platforms.
