We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Software Licensing team as an Enterprise Agreement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Microsoft contractual arrangements with customers throughout the Enterprise Agreement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Manage new customers and renewals for Microsoft Enterprise Agreements from start to finish
- Utilize project management systems to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
- Provide guidance to customers on post-new/renewal/anniversary queries and onboard them into their new or renewal Enterprise Agreement
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Sales Management on key licensing strategies and opportunities
- Contribute to the Licensing Team by sharing best practices and insights on Microsoft renewal/anniversary deal execution
- Act as the escalation point for issues arising from the Enterprise Agreement process
- Deliver accurate reports within required timeframes to relevant stakeholders
- Proven success in a software customer support role, preferably coordinating Microsoft Enterprise Agreements
- Demonstrated experience establishing trusted advisor/strategic consultant relationships with internal sales and operations teams and external stakeholders and customers
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Licensing programs (highly desirable but not mandatory)
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and problem resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet targets and deadlines
