Strategic Services Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in implementing our business management platform and providing value-added services to customers.

About the Team

Sales is where it's at. They're the team that delivers every time, solving business problems and alleviating pain points for SME and Enterprise businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic campaigns and drive sales with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure quality service scoping and contracting in the sales phase, setting adequate expectations for successful implementation.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, managing capacity to demand and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Transition the consulting services team in alignment with the company vision.
  • Achieve key performance indicators including revenue growth, margin expansion, utilisation rates, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Control financial performance and forecasting, ensuring predictability and competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure quality and satisfaction targets are met or exceeded in solution design and delivery.
  • Coach and mentor your team, focusing on performance development, competence building, and career advancement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and managing consulting services within the ERP and Enterprise software sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve impactful results.
  • Exceptional ability to drive customer success and adoption of technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated competence in financial management, including budgeting and control.
  • Strong project management and governance expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of setting and managing customer expectations successfully.
