Finance Leader Role in Interim Management

The role involves overseeing financial management and leadership of a team, contributing to the strategic direction of a dynamic organization.

This is an opportunity for a senior finance leader with expertise in managing complex finance functions and leading high-performing teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Implementing robust financial controls and processes that support business objectives.
  • Providing timely and accurate financial insights to inform executive decision-making.
  • Collaborating with senior executives and site managers on budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Leading process improvements to enhance transaction efficiency and business outcomes.

You will lead the accounting and finance function for a division, reporting to the Group CFO, with operational responsibility to the COO and Health Services GMs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and empower finance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Broad experience across financial control, planning, and performance improvement.
  • A customer-centric mindset positioning finance as a key business partner.

Previous experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or aged care is necessary.
