Strategic Leadership Role

This role is responsible for leading the development of Homes Victoria's long-term strategic directions, including through the Corporate Plan and Annual Report. The role also leads the coordination and advisory functions for executive governance bodies.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how their actions and outcomes impact clients and the department's ability to deliver effective support and services. They will also be able to take reasonable care for their own health and safety, as well as that of others in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the corporate strategy and governance framework for Homes Victoria.
- Lead the coordination and advisory functions for executive governance bodies, including the Homes Victoria Advisory Board.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on key issues affecting Homes Victoria.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of governance principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar role.
