About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Institutional Records Management initiative, ensuring compliance with our Record Management policy and associated Retention, Retrieval & Disposal (RR&D) Standard.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of this critical program, working closely with stakeholders across the Division to implement BAU processes for ongoing governance and management of records.


You will also be responsible for tracking and managing investment spend, ensuring benefits are realised at pace, and effectively governing and delivering the program.


Key responsibilities will include defining program structure, outputs and outcomes, implementing governance and stakeholder reporting, coordinating activities across Divisional business teams, and engaging with the Enterprise Data Risk team to develop practical guidelines and processes.


Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large and complex programs, with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
