  • Coordinate the distribution of service parts to Field Service Engineers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Administer the calibrated tool register, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of tools.
  • Order service parts on a weekly basis and manage returns as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between Technical Service operations and other departments.
  • Oversee the movement of demonstration and new equipment, ensuring efficient dispatch and receipt.
  • Maintain accurate records in Technical Service systems.
  • Ensure administrative control of department SOPs.
  • Generate monthly reports in SAP and ServiceMax.
  • Stay up-to-date with Technical Service bulletins and updates.
  • Route phone calls to Field Service Engineers.
  • Adhere to all Quality and ISO requirements.
  • Attend meetings and training as directed.
  • Provide backup support for the Field Service Operations Specialist.Requirements
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
    • High level of commitment to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Experience with SAP and ServiceMax (Salesforce) is ideal.
    • Previous experience in a service dispatch environment is ideal.
    • Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is desirable.
