About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and efficient service to our members through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online interactions.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Assist members with inquiries and provide information on our product and service offerings, including deposit accounts, home loans, credit cards, general insurance, personal loans, and wealth management.
  • Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to provide a total solution for our members' financial needs and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Efficiently process members' branch transactions and maintain accurate and timely customer records in various systems.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Results-Oriented: Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate confidently and effectively with a broad customer group, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Flexibility: Work a rotating roster with a span of hours from 8 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday.
