House Operations Manager

Key responsibilities of this role include managing daily operations, leading a team and creating a safe environment for clients. You will work directly with support teams and young people to help develop independence.
About the RoleThis is a management position requiring strong interpersonal skills to consult and negotiate with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a passion for making a real difference in young people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex and challenging behaviors, including those with disabilities. They will be committed to quality client services and continuous improvement strategies.
Skills and Experience Required- Interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to support people with disabilities within a positive and therapeutic framework.
- Understanding of Residential Youth Work and NDIS principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Staff-management skills, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Cert IV in Disability or similar qualification.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening check (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
- Administration of Medication (or willing to obtain).
