About Us
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of House Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Residential Care homes. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the daily management of Residential Care homes, ensuring a high level of service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Leadership: Lead and manage support teams to develop individualized plans and achieve desired outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Cert IV in Disability or equivalent qualification.
- A Current Working With Children Check.
- A Current NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain).
- A First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Administration of Medication (or willingness to obtain).
