The Role

As one of Australia's leading construction materials manufacturers, we produce and deliver high-quality premixed concrete, aggregates, road base, sands, specialty products, and agricultural lime to the building, construction, and infrastructure industries.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering the successful candidate autonomy in their role, heavy involvement in plant operations, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and control batching plant machinery to produce specified concrete mix designs.
  • Coordinate truck movements to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of batching plant equipment and sites.
  • Coordinate with other teams to meet delivery requirements and timelines.

  • Basic computer literacy and confidence with technology.
