About the Role
  • Coordinate Testing Operations: Schedule and organize daily sampling and testing of concrete and construction materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Satisfy Customer Needs: Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee that tests meet technical requirements and standards, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold quality and accreditation standards by adhering to established procedures and systems, guaranteeing NATA accreditation and ongoing success.
  • Results Reporting: Assist in preparing and finalizing test reports, supporting technical documentation and sign-off processes.

To Thrive in This Position, You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction materials testing.
  • Strong leadership attributes, including effective people management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with AS/TfNSW standards and NATA requirements, with a commitment to staying up-to-date.
  • Experience with concrete allocation and lab systems (training provided).
  • A Cert IV/Diploma in Laboratory Techniques is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced skills desirable.
