Healthcare Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.

This pivotal role will involve leading day-to-day clinic operations, supporting business growth, and ensuring our team delivers exceptional patient care and client service.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience within healthcare, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

They will also have solid computer and organisational skills, with proficiency in medical software desirable but not essential.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of daily practice operations, coordinate and liaise with doctors and clinical teams, manage accounts and budgets, lead, mentor and support administration and nursing staff, drive high-quality patient service and communication, and develop business opportunities particularly in Occupational Health services.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience within healthcare (General Practice or Occupational Health preferred)
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in medical software (desirable, training available)
  • Solid computer and organisational skills
